San Tan Heights is a master planned community nestled in the foothills of the San Tan Mountains in Pinal County. Today, more than 3,200 residents call San Tan Heights home. While San Tan Heights will continue to grow, it will retain its small town feeling and is the perfect place to foster an active Arizona lifestyle.

San Tan Heights offers several amenities within the community or within close proximity of the community. As you drive through the community you will find many family oriented parks of differing sizes, greenbelt areas, and trails and paths. You won’t have to travel far to drop the kids off at school; there is one elementary school, one middle school in the community and a high school close to the community and all are rated Performing Plus. There are, also several charter schools (K-8), close to the community. Nearby amenities close include the San Tan Mountain Regional Park which boasts 10,000 acres of natural resources and trails; retail stores; medical facilities; a new Central Arizona College Campus; and the area will soon see a new library and medical services.

Residents are actively involved within the community. In August of 2008, the homeowners took control of the HOA. The Board of Directors as well as many residents throughout the community are actively involved with resident committees and work very hard to keep San Tan Heights a premier community. Active residents work together in The Community Block Watch whose motto is “committed to community well being”.
